If you’re invited, we’ll send everything you need to know: where to meet, when to arrive, what to expect and how to confirm.Show up
Come alone or as instructed for that experience. A host will be there to welcome the group and make the beginning feel easier. What should I expect?Offline experiences are intentionally small, activity-led, and designed to feel more like a natural hangout than a networking event. You might go bowling, visit an arcade, grab coffee and walk the BeltLine, play games, try something creative or discover a new part of Atlanta. Most importantly, you won’t need an established friend group to participate. Is Offline a dating experience? No. Offline is built around shared experiences and real-world connection, not swiping, matchmaking, or romantic expectations.Friendships may grow naturally, but everyone should be able to participate without feeling pursued, pressured, or uncomfortable.Do I have to be outgoing? Not at all. You can be talkative, quiet, nervous, new to Atlanta, or simply tired of waiting for your friends to be available.Come as you are. We’ll give you something to do and people to do it with.
Offline Community Guidelines
Offline should feel welcoming, comfortable, and safe for everyone. By attending an Offline, you agree to the following:Be respectfulTreat attendees, hosts, venue staff, and the surrounding community with care. Harassment, discrimination, bullying, intimidation, threats, or intentionally disruptive behavior are not welcome.Respect boundariesNo one owes you attention, personal information, physical contact, a friendship, or a romantic connection. Ask before touching, photographing, recording, or repeatedly contacting someone and respect “no” the first time.Help everyone feel includedAvoid dominating the group, deliberately excluding someone or making others the target of jokes. You don’t have to connect with everyone but you do need to treat everyone respectfully.Protect people’s privacyDo not publicly share another attendee’s full name, contact information, private conversations, photos, or videos without permission. Follow each attendee’s stated photo and recording preferences.Show up responsiblyConfirm only when you genuinely plan to attend. Arrive on time, follow the host’s instructions, and notify Offline as soon as possible if your plans change. Repeated no-shows may limit access to future experiences.Use alcohol responsiblyWhen alcohol is present, follow all laws and venue rules. Do not pressure anyone to drink. Unsafe, aggressive, or disruptive intoxication may result in removal from the experience.Speak up when something feels wrongTell the host promptly if you feel unsafe, experience inappropriate behavior, or notice that someone else may need help. For urgent danger, contact venue security or emergency services first.Offline may remove someone from an experience or restrict future participation when necessary to protect the community. Serious concerns may be shared with the venue or appropriate authorities. The simple versionBe kind. Respect boundaries. Include people. Don’t make anyone regret showing up.Questions or concerns: [email protected]
